Review: Veggetti Pro Table-Top Spiralizer

Finding a way to get kids to eat their vegetables has been an age old battle that parents have faced since just about forever. No matter how you cook or season them it never seems to be good enough, leaving you with a tough dilemma. How do you sneak vegetables onto your kids’ plates without realizing they’re eating something healthy?

Your answer is the Veggetti Pro!

Kids love spaghetti (and I’m not just forgetting about you adults out there, too!) so it’s easy to get them to eat their vegetables when you turn them into something they love. The Veggetti Pro is great because there are lots of different vegetables you can use with it. You can spiral cut potatoes, zucchini, squash, and a ton of other vegetables with little to no effort, it’s like pasta without the risk of gluten!

It doesn’t just make spaghetti either, the Veggetti Pro is also great for onion rings, julienne fries, and other easily sliced veggie treats. It has three different stainless steel blades (thin, thick, and ribbon) that have different sizes depending on how you want to cut or cook your vegetables.

Another bonus is that the Veggetti Pro is its much larger capabilities. The Veggetti is nice if you’re only preparing food for yourself or a few people, but the Veggetti Pro makes it easy to prepare much larger quantities of spiralized veggies for parties or family get-togethers. It suctions to your countertop and the easy to use crank just pumps out veggie spirals with ease!

The Veggetti Pro is also great because it’s countertop small so even if you don’t have a lot of kitchen space you can usually still find room to use it. Cleanup is also a breeze, it often doesn’t take much more than dipping the pieces in warm, soapy water and rinsing them off to get them clean but it’s also dishwasher safe as well.

Some Veggetti Pro owners did have a few issues with vegetables not properly attaching to the crank, but slicing off veggie ends can help manage that problem. Others also had problems getting the Veggetti Pro to stay suctioned to the counter so make sure that you’re using it on a clean, dry surface. Even in cases of customers unhappy with small issues they all agreed that the spiraled veggies all came out delicious in the end.

If you’re looking for a way to make carb free pasta or a fun way to get vegetables ready and on the table for your family, the Veggetti Pro is definitely a good choice to add to any cook’s kitchen arsenal.
