Recipe: Healthier Ranch Dressing

When I started dieting I really missed ranch dressing. It was always my go-to but it’s not really the most calorie friendly. This homemade version is lower calorie so you can enjoy some ranch on your salad or with your veggies without guilt!

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp minced chives
½ cup low fat mayonnaise
½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
2 ½ tbsp milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
 

Instructions

1. Whisk all ingredients together.
2. Chill for an hour before serving.
