Recipe: Green Tea Smoothie with Kiwi

Green smoothies, fresh fruit, and all of the great benefits of green tea come together in this delightful smoothie. It makes a perfect breakfast or afternoon snack. You’ll be full of energy and ready to take on anything that comes your way.


1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/4 of a fresh mango
1 fresh kiwi, peeled
2 cups loosely packed kale
1 1/2 cup fresh brewed green tea, cooled
1/2 cup ice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chia seeds


1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. I like to top it with a sprinkle of chia seeds.
